Jeff is a fixed gear bike guru in Shanghai. He is co-founder of the bike shop Factory 5, as well as the organizer of Shanghai Bike Polo.
For local patriots who has a need for the extraordinary, Elvine City Jackets is a collection of limited edition jackets tailored for the city in question, starting with Shanghai. Unlike other jackets, Elvine City Jackets are designed and developed together with a group of local people, and based on the unique conditions of the city. A part of the profit are donated to a local charity of the group’s choice.
